China's Top 100 Foreign Trade Cities Released! Hubei Wuhan, Huangshi and Xiantao are on the list

Recently, "China Customs" magazine under the General Administration of Customs released the list of "Top 100 Cities in China's Foreign Trade Competitiveness in 2020", and Wuhan, Huangshi and Xiantao in Hubei were selected.
This year is the 12th year that China Customs has released this list. In this list, Shenzhen, Shanghai and Suzhou occupy the top three in the comprehensive ranking. China's urban foreign trade competitiveness index system is composed of five evaluation systems, namely, urban foreign trade level competitiveness, structural competitiveness, efficiency competitiveness, development competitiveness and potential competitiveness.
Wuhan has a comprehensive score of 72.86, ranking 20th in the country, the same as the ranking in 2019. In addition, Wuhan improved by 5 and 7 places respectively in the ranking of foreign trade level and development competitiveness. It is understood that in 2020, the total import and export value of Wuhan City will be 270.43 billion yuan, an increase of 10.8%, accounting for 63% of the total foreign trade value of Hubei Province, ranking first in the central region.
Yellowstone was selected for the 12th consecutive year, ranking 47th. Huangshi has established trade relations with 152 countries around the world. From January to September this year, Huangshi's foreign trade import and export value totaled 23.61 billion yuan, ranking second in Hubei Province. Among them, the total value of exports was 11.72 billion yuan, ranking fourth in Hubei Province, an increase of 12.5% compared with the same period in 2019; the total value of imports was 11.89 billion yuan, ranking second in Hubei Province, an increase of 8.1% compared with the same period in 2019.
Relying on the good performance of foreign trade benefits and development sub-competitiveness, Xiantao's overall competitiveness ranking improved by 12 places, ranking 97th. It was also listed among the top 30 cities in China's foreign trade development competitiveness in 2020, ranking 25th. From January to November 2020, Xiantao City completed a total import and export volume of 21.75 billion yuan, an increase of 263.6% over the 5.98 billion yuan in the same period last year, of which 21.02 billion was exported. Yuan, compared with 4.94 billion yuan in the same period last year, an increase of 325.3%, the export value ranks second in Hubei Province, and the growth rate ranks first in Hubei Province.
